History
We have been serving Valdosta and adjacent areas since 1988. We moved back to the Valdosta area in 1988 and Sue transfered her real estate license here at that time. Al built homes for several years and got his real estate license in 1991. So we have a combined total of more than 35 years in the real estate business and have sold millions of dollars worth of real estate every year.
Agents
After working with other real estate companies, we decided to open our own office in 2000 and started in September of that year. We are both committed to the Business of Real Estate and we are both full time agents. Sue has earned the GRI and CRS designations (less than 3% of local agents have earned the CRS designation)and Al is our Broker.
Office
Our office is fully equipped with modern computer and communication systems. We have instant access to the Multiple Listing Service, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that we need in order to better serve you.
We also have dedicated computer and FAX lines and cell phones, so we are always accessible. With no assistants, you will have access to us - no run arounds from uninformed assistants! We treat our real estate business as a real business - one you can depend on for life. | |
